Our lead surgeon, Dr Costantino Davide undertakes plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic procedures. Based in central London, he specialises in breast augmentation, gynecomastia and breast uplifts alongside breast reduction, face lifts and blepharoplasty.
Dr Davide also specialises in various other plastic procedures including abdominoplasty, Botox (Botulinum Toxin), Dermo aesthetics among many more. His practice is based on the philosophy that ‘Beauty is balanced and harmonious proportions’.
He has an empathetic and collaborative approach to consultations, listening to patient’s stories and deciding on the right path to take based on a joint decision between the patient and himself.
Dr Davide initially trained in medicine and surgery, qualifying from the University of Bologna as a physician in 1988. In 1991, he became consultant in the Special Surgical Pathology Institute and the Surgical Clinical Institute of the University of Trieste in Cattinara Hospital until 2002, when he moved to private practice. Dr Davide worked in the Italian public health service for 11 years.
Alongside his medical work, he graduated in Plastic Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery from the University of Padua in 1995.
He has worked as plastic surgeon in various countries since then, including Albania, Togo, Italy and Dubai. Now practicing in London and Italy, he performs moderate, never excessive and disproportionate procedures in order to obtain harmonious results that are always tasteful.
I had excess breast tissue and skin and disproportionate breasts which caused neck pain, back pain, and difficulty moving. My experience right from my first consultation through until the end was positive. I felt comfortable with my surgeon, he was amazingly honest and realistic about the results I might achieve. The only thing was with breast lifts and/or reduction, it can often take a long time to see the final the swelling took months to disappear so I think it’s important to note that whilst the result is amazing now, I didn’t feel that way as soon as the bandages were removed. In terms of results, it’s the most amazing thing. A whole new world of clothing options has opened up for me. I am happy to look in the mirror and now, I feel like my body matches the life I want to lead.
